Two solid moves from @NEARProtocol (NF): Grassroots funding program kick-off and public commitment of allocation of funds to NDC.
The only thing that I can suggest is since NDC would be allocating grassroots funding once V1 is operational, it would make sense to allocate to NDC a significant portion of funding in stablecoins. Grassroots projects will mostly spend their money on salaries, servers and services. While marketing would come on a later stage. That's why the majority of NEAR allocated to them would experience a major selling pressure.
However, I don't see this NF statement closing the opportunity of stablecoin allocation.
